2. Purchase Process The customer selects the product, adds it to the cart, and makes the payment using the methods available on the site. Once payment is confirmed, they will receive the activation key and installation guide within a maximum of 1 hour (in most cases, delivery is immediate). It is the customer's responsibility to enter their email address correctly for delivery.

3. Payment Methods We accept the payment methods indicated during the checkout process, such as credit/debit cards, transfers, Zelle, PayPal, or cryptocurrencies (subject to availability). All payments are processed securely through certified payment gateways.

4. Delivery Policy The delivery of licenses is 100% digital, with no physical shipping. The customer will receive an email with the activation code and instructions to install the purchased product. If the email does not arrive in the inbox, we recommend checking the spam or junk folder.

5. Warranty and Support All licenses come with an activation guarantee: if the code does not work, it will be replaced at no cost. We do not offer a warranty in cases of improper use, loss of the code by the customer, or failures resulting from unauthorized modifications to the system. Technical support is offered exclusively for the activation of the purchased license.

6. Return Policy Due to the digital and immediate nature of our products, returns or refunds are not accepted once the license has been sent. An exchange will only be processed if the activation code is defective or does not work, subject to verification.

7. Legal Use of Software The customer agrees to use the purchased software in accordance with the manufacturer's official license terms. ServiceKey Store is not responsible for the improper or illegal use of the products.

8. Intellectual Property All content on the site, including logos, images, text, and graphic material, is the property of ServiceKey Store and is protected by intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability ServiceKey Store will not be liable for indirect damages or data loss arising from the use of the purchased software, nor for technical problems caused by the misuse of the product.

10. Modifications ServiceKey Store reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The modifications will take effect at the moment of their publication on the website.
